Join to apply for the ICOE Solution Architect - Microsoft role at Avanade The ICOE Solution Architect will lead sales support and solution configuration on large, complex consulting and managed services deals. The role involves collaboration with other Solution Architects within the ICOE Solutioning Tower and supporting offering and asset development activities when not engaged in sales pursuits. It works closely with ICOE leaders, regional teams, and the broader Avanade and Accenture organizations. About ICOE The ICOE (Integrated Center Of Excellence) unites Avanade’s multiple COEs to deliver excellence at scale. Its missions include driving client impact through presales support, transitioning markets from sales to delivery, and leveraging shared services and expertise across markets. Key Responsibilities Advance Client Solutions and Assets: Support strategic initiatives, develop new solutions, collaborate on asset development, and optimize asset value through governance and data-driven decisions. Practice & People Development: Enhance technical excellence, facilitate training, foster knowledge sharing, and support career development within the SA community. Team and Organizational Structure The ICOE comprises six functional towers—Solution Evolution, Solutioning, Asset Engineering, Shared Services, SMEs, Legacy Modernization—and two cross groups: Employee Experience & Skills Planning and Technology Excellence. The Solutioning Tower focuses on supporting origination, solutioning, and sales of complex, cross-business opportunities. Skills and Experience Proficiency in application, cloud/infrastructure, workplace, data modernization with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, GenAI, and Copilot development. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience in solutioning deals over $5m USD, with knowledge of service and delivery models, including global delivery. Ability to define solutions with incomplete information, guide leadership, and communicate complex solutions effectively. Candidate Profile Proven success in leading teams, engaging with C-level executives, and managing large-scale delivery teams. Experience supporting strategic sales pursuits and working in international, complex environments. Strong consulting background with knowledge of Microsoft products and relevant fields such as CS, MIS, Mathematics. What You’ll Do Drive Client Impact: End-to-end solution architecting, leveraging best practices, managing risks, and supporting sales and implementation activities. Advance Client Solutions: Collaborate with delivery centers, create solution guidance, and enhance collateral to support efficient solutioning. Support Practice & People Development: Lead and facilitate SA training, define career paths, and support capability development initiatives.
