Key Focus : Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Setup & Integration. Implementation Experience : Mandatory. Role Summary : We are hiring a Senior Technology Lead for an urgent onsite role in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) implementation and third-party integrations. This is a leadership role, responsible for guiding a team of DBAs and technical specialists to deliver robust Oracle-based enterprise solutions. Must-Have Skills : - Strong expertise in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Setup, integration (including PKI systems), and troubleshooting. - Proven implementation experience across Oracle solutions. - End-to-end deployment and support experience for : 1. Oracle Weblogic Administration. 2. Oracle EBS. 3. Java-based external integrations. - Oracle DBA utilities backup, recovery, performance tuning (aligned with ISMS policies). - DR replication setup and validation. Preferred Skills : - Oracle WebLogic. - Oracle Analytics Server. - Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). - SSL/TLS configuration and management. Good-to-Have Skills : - Oracle SOA Suite. - Oracle GoldenGate. - Oracle Hyperion. - Exposure to third-party platforms like : 1. Paradiso LMS. 2. ManageEngine Helpdesk / Ops Manager. 3. Oracle certifications (OCP/OCM) and understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities : - Lead technical delivery of Oracle enterprise solutions from design to production. - Own and execute OAM setup and integrations, including external systems (SSO, PKI). - Direct production deployments and support. - Guide DBA team in tuning, performance optimization, and ISMS-compliant operations. - Manage DR site replication and monitoring using OEM. - Serve as the primary technical escalation point, mentoring team members and aligning delivery with project goals.
