Job Description : We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing team. As a Senior Individual Contributor (IC), you will be responsible for fine-tuning LLMs, building AI agents, and working on multimodal LLM use cases. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in NLP and LLMs, with a focus on the application layer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge AI solutions and driving the next wave of LLM : - Fine-Tuning and Model Development : Lead efforts in fine-tuning LLMs to create high-performance AI agents, driving application layer solutions. - LLM and NLP Expertise : Apply deep knowledge in NLP and LLM technologies to build advanced AI applications. - Multimodal Use Cases : Work on multimodal LLM use cases, integrating text, speech, and other data types to develop sophisticated solutions. - AI Agent Building : Design and implement AI agents using LLMs, focusing on real-world applications and robust performance. - Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions. Requirements : - LLM and NLP Experience : Extensive hands-on experience working with LLMs and natural language processing techniques, specifically focused on fine-tuning and real-world applications (not traditional computer vision). - Multimodal Use Case Experience : Ability to work on multimodal LLM use cases, integrating different forms of data into AI systems. - Fine-Tuning Expertise : Strong background in fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs for practical application. - AI Agent Development : Proven experience in building AI agents leveraging LLMs, demonstrating both deep technical expertise and application-oriented thinking. - Software Engineering Background : Strong software engineering skills, with a solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks, programming languages (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and system-level implementation. - Recent Transition to LLMs : Strong software engineers who have transitioned into LLM-focused work, demonstrating the ability to apply foundational software engineering principles to advanced LLM tasks.
