Data Analyst - Python/Power BI

Responsibilities : - Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy. - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Apply statistical techniques and algorithms to analyze data and extract meaningful insights. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Present data findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Document data sources, data pipelines, and analytical methodologies. - Monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement. - Participate in data-related projects and initiatives, contributing analytical expertise. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in data analysis and : - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. - 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst. - Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Python (with libraries like Pandas and NumPy). - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in data analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey1 complex data insights effectively. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data Points : - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies. - Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning techniques. - Experience with other programming languages like R (ref:hirist.tech)
