Oracle HCM/Cloud Conversion Lead

Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Lead Experience : 8 year's (Minimum 3 years in Oracle HCM Cloud conversions). Location : Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Delhi. Key Responsibilities : - Data Migration Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive data conversion and migration strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud. - Data Extraction & Transformation : Work with legacy systems to extract and transform data into Oracle HCM Cloud-compatible formats. - Data Mapping & Validation : Define data mapping requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure data integrity. - ETL Development : Utilize Oracle tools (HCM Data Loader, HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, etc.) and other ETL tools for data migration. - Testing & Reconciliation : Lead data validation, reconciliation, and testing efforts to ensure successful data migration. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth data conversion. - Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve data conversion challenges, ensuring a seamless transition to Oracle HCM Cloud. - Compliance & Security : Ensure data migration complies with security and regulatory requirements. - Training & Documentation : Provide training on data migration processes and maintain comprehensive documentation. Required Skills & Experience : - Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL tools. - Functional Knowledge : Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, etc. - Data Management : Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and validation techniques. - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot migration issues. - Project Leadership : Experience leading data conversion projects in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. - Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders and technical teams. Preferred Experience : - Hands-on experience in large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud migrations. - Strong understanding of cloud-based HR systems and best practices in data security. - Ability to lead and mentor junior team members in data conversion processes.
