Salesforce Developer - Apex/Lightning Component Framework

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC), Salesforce APIs, and Data Cloud capabilities. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that power critical business Responsibilities : - Design and develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Implement and manage Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations - Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and unify enterprise data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions - Ensure best practices in data security, performance, and architecture - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery - Conduct code reviews, testing, and maintain technical Skills & Qualifications : - 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer - Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs - Experience with third-party integrations and middleware - Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) or similar platforms - Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, flows, and triggers - Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills : - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification(s) - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines - Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments (ref:hirist.tech)
