.Net Developer - C#/ASP/MVC

Job Description Skills : - Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-structured C# code. - Practical experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Web Forms, or Core). - Familiarity with VB.NET syntax and experience in maintaining or developing applications using VB.NET. - Understanding of C programming concepts and the ability to work with C-based components or integrations. - Experience in developing and consuming web services (SOAP or RESTful). - Familiarity with building and consuming service-oriented applications using WCF. - Experience in developing desktop applications using WPF and XAML. - Basic understanding of network programming concepts and experience in using sockets for communication between applications. - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to software development projects and deliver quality technical : - Participate in the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications based on project requirements. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C. - Develop and consume web services (SOAP and RESTful) and WCF services. - Contribute to the development of desktop applications using WPF and potentially Silverlight. - Implement communication between applications using socket programming. - Collaborate with team members on project planning, task allocation, and issue resolution. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug software defects and issues. - Learn and apply new technologies and best practices within the .NET ecosystem. - Contribute to technical Skills (Good to Have) : - Experience with .NET Core. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). - Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Exposure to Agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
