UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that deliver a seamless and engaging experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user : - Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions. - Create intuitive user interfaces and design experiences that enhance user engagement. - Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction models. - Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products. - Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement. - Iterate designs based on user feedback, business requirements, and technical constraints. - Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging : - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision. - Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methods, and design thinking. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. - Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. - 5-8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively. - Experience designing for both web and mobile applications. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. - Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
