Corporate Capital Markets Associate

Job Description Job Description Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Global Corporate practice group in their U.S. offices. The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience and will have U.S. capital markets experience in representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings, with a particular emphasis on equity offerings. Experience representing public companies in 34 Act work and corporate governance work are a plus.
