We are seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lancing, committed to delivering outstanding early education. The Role: Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn Monitor and assess progress through observations and learning journeys Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school team to support holistic development Promote early language, social skills, and emotional well-being through meaningful interactions and routines The Ideal Candidate: ? Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has EYFS experience? Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early child development? Passionate about delivering child-centred learning through creativity, curiosity, and care? Able to build warm relationships with pupils and families?
