We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team to work with social housing properties in the Hampshire area. This fantastic role is offering a permanent position with flexible hours and the option for call-outs (paid at time and a half with a standby rate). Key details: Position: Electrician Location: Hampshire (covering social housing properties) Role Type: Permanent Salary: £40,000 per annum As an Electrician, your benefits are: Company van and fuel card 25 days holiday bank holidays 12% pension match Flexible working hours Call-outs optional (paid at time and a half with standby rate) As an Electrician, you will be: You will be working with a planned works team, carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in social housing properties Rolling out EICR's for inspections and testing Minor repairs and completing like for like replacements Completing all repairs up to fuse board changes Key Requirements: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Desirable: AM2 and 2391 (Testing and Inspection) License: Full UK driving license (up to 3 penalty points) Experience: Previous experience in social housing or domestic electrical work is an advantage.
