Parts Advisor – Permanent Llanelli Full-Time | Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Alternate Saturdays 07:00–12:00 ‍?? Venatu Automotive Venatu Automotive is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established team in Llanelli on a permanent basis . Role Overview: As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the parts department. You'll be responsible for ordering, receiving, and issuing parts while delivering a high level of service to customers and internal departments. Key Duties: Interpreting customer needs and supplying correct parts. Ordering and checking stock, updating systems accurately. Handling deliveries, returns, and pre-picking for workshop jobs. Providing friendly, professional customer service in person and by phone. Supporting stock control and warranty returns. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a parts or automotive role is preferred. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Computer literate with good attention to detail.
