Outsourcing Senior Accountant

Description Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients across various sectors Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts Oversee bookkeeping services and ensure accuracy of financial data Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted financial advisor Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions Mentor and develop junior team members Profile Nearly or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or AAT) Minimum 3 years' experience in practice Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations Outsourcing experience desired but not essential Excellent client communication and relationship management skills Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Job Offer Competitive salary (£32,000-£38,000 depending on experience) Option to have 1 day working from home 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Personal development budget Company pension scheme Regular social events Career progression opportunities Modern office in central Manchester
