Business Development Manager – UK (Medical Imaging AI / Radiology) Permanent | Full-time | Remote (UK-based) Our client – a rapidly growing MedTech innovator – is at the forefront of transforming how imaging data is used to improve patient outcomes. Fresh off a successful Series A financing round in early 2025, they are now entering a key growth phase and seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead commercial expansion in the UK and EU. Specializing in AI-driven medical imaging technologies, the company is building out its UK team with this brand-new hire. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded individual who is passionate about cutting-edge imaging innovations and excited by the chance to help scale a pioneering business in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. What You’ll Do: Lead and execute the UK commercial and BD strategy from the ground up. Generate and convert leads within NHS hospitals and imaging centers, with a focus on new AI imaging technologies. Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships with senior clinical stakeholders. Attend and represent the company at major medical and radiology conferences in the UK and internationally. Collaborate with global teams across Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a smooth go-to-market execution. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of proven business development or account management experience in medical imaging or radiology. Strong background in engaging with NHS decision-makers and stakeholders, particularly regarding the adoption of new imaging technologies. Familiarity with OEM medical device environments is highly desirable. Experience selling into hospitals or imaging centers, ideally closing high-value contracts. Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. CRM fluency (e.g., Salesforce) and experience in international or cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to travel across the UK and abroad for meetings and conferences. Adaptability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling MedTech environment.
