This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with just 2 days in the office. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer service queries and business enquiries. Process customer orders using SAP. Handle customer complaints and disputes. Provide knowledgeable support on our products and services. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve pricing and invoicing queries. Maintain high standards of customer service and housekeeping. What We Need: Minimum 2 years in customer service/order processing. Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally SAP, and excellent Excel skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively. A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
