With a well-established presence and a clear vision for scale, the business is now looking for a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational performance, support the founders, and build the infrastructure for sustainable growth across the UK. About the business: This organisation operates in the leisure, wellbeing and community – bringing people together through unique, accessible spaces that enhance everyday life. With a loyal and growing customer base, the brand blends lifestyle appeal with strong commercial potential. Head office is in the North West, they have ambitious plans to expand nationally over the next 3–5 years. The opportunity: As COO, you will be the key operational driver for the business – working directly with the founders to scale operations, introduce systems and processes fit for growth, and ensure the business remains values-driven as it expands.
