You’ll work closely with senior leadership to embed progressive people practices across the organisation — from the production floor to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and evolve people strategy across the business — with a strong focus on culture, growth, and inclusion. Partner with managers to support high-performing teams and positive employee experiences. Oversee recruitment, learning & development, and engagement initiatives aligned to company values. Ensure policies and people processes are modern, equitable and legally sound. Drive continuous improvement in areas such as wellbeing, feedback, DE&I, and leadership development. What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in a People & Culture or HR leadership role, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing or high-growth environments. Confident in challenging the status quo and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — a trusted partner to all levels of the business. A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine passion for building better workplaces.
