Branch Manager

Job description We have a fantastic opportunity for a new Branch Manager in the York area. Basic salary £35,478 bonus (OTE £40k) and company car. We're looking for a great people manager with a personality who is resilient and has a "Can Do" attitude with a hands on approach to leading and motivating a small team. Passion is all you need, no previous bathroom experience is required as full training will be given. Travel will be required to train for the role so a full driving license is essential. You will be responsible for the following: Day to day running of a branch in a highly competitive and sales focused environment Having a hands on approach to dealing with our traders and customers enquiries on a daily basis Recruit, train and motivate a small team to achieve targets Driving P&L through sales, margin & cost controls You will be: An experienced manager with enthusiasm, drive and resilience Always putting your customer first, you'll know how to build a thriving business A people person, who will lead by example and love to bring out the best in your team Fun loving, that likes to work hard & play hard!
