Conveyancing Assistant

An established law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in conveyancing or real estate to take on a supportive role in a dynamic and respected firm. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the conveyancing team in managing property transactions. Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting documents, maintaining case files, and ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded. Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to support the smooth progress of transactions. Handle document preparation, file management, and other essential tasks to assist with property sales, purchases, and related transactions. Maintain an organised approach to work, ensure deadlines are met and issues are promptly communicated to the conveyancing team. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in conveyancing or real estate is essential. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and other stakeholders. Attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain accuracy in all tasks. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and support team members.
