This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a strong background in Wills and Probate to take on a challenging and rewarding role. Qualifications & Experience; Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2-3 years PQE.Proven experience in Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection applications.Strong knowledge of inheritance tax and compliance requirements.Experience with business development and marketing activities.
