Care Home Manager

We have an immediate need for an experienced Home Manager to support a local, established Care Home through an interim period. The ideal candidate for this position will have held a Registered Manager post previously with the confidence to drive and manage the care and nursing staff for three months or more. Evidence of supporting through change with a pragmatic and credible presence is essential; as the key person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. Commutable from North/West Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex Responsibilities Manage daily operations cover 5/7 days Coaching and problem solving Oversee multiple personnel Help with onboarding and training Qualifications & Experience 10 years managing residential and nursing homes NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong organisational and leadership skills If you are an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager with over 10 years of managing residential and nursing homes with a proven track record of improving care standards, leading multidisciplinary teams, and achieving positive CQC ratings, we'd like to hear from you now.
