What will you be doing in a typical day? Using your subject area knowledge to offer academic support to students Running small groups and workshops in order to boost grades within your specialist subject area Working flexibly to provide academic support across a range of other subjects Supporting SEND students in accessing the curriculum Using positive strategies and good behaviour management to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students What skills and attributes would serve you well in this role? It is essential that you have a degree in any subject Previous experience of working with young people is useful, although not essential A calm and positive approach; along with the desire to learn and improve yourself each week in the role Why is this a great job?
