People & Culture Partner - Local Authority

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented People & Culture Partner on a Contract basis. The People & Culture Partner will be a key driver of cultural transformation, working closely with leadership to create an inclusive, high-performing workplace. What's on offer: Salary: £400 - £550 per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working (2/3 days on site) Contract type: Contract Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Lead the design and execution of cultural transformation programs that align with company values and future vision. Develop and Organise DEI-focused events, workshops, and training sessions to foster awareness and action. Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops. Support the design and facilitation of workshops and training that reinforce cultural values and promote positive employee behaviour. About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role. 2-4 years of experience in roles focused on culture, employee engagement, or organisational development. Strong knowledge of cultural best practices, employee engagement strategies, and DEI frameworks.
