We’re looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to lead complex commercial and regeneration work. The Role Includes: · Managing 2 Senior Property Lawyers · Leading public/private partnerships, development agreements, and commercial property transactions · Advising on regeneration schemes and public sector land holdings · Supporting strategic initiatives across boroughs · Rate: £55.00-£65.00 per hour (DOE) You’ll Need: · Experience in property development law in a local government context · A proactive, solution-focused approach · Previous experience working on high-profile transactions and managing legal teams Ideal for someone ready to step up into a leadership role or join a forward-thinking legal service that values professional growth
