Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Bexleyheath Salary: Up to £29,000 Job Reference: 37177 Job Description: Our Client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the Property department. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters. • Draft legal documentation and prepare contract packs. • Conduct searches, deal with exchange and completion, and manage post-completion formalities. • Ensure compliance with all relevant property law regulations and maintain a high standard of client care. Requirements: • Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential. • Proven ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry processes. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A client-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
