RESPONSIBILITIES * Working alongside the head of the department and other experienced solicitors to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters. * Advising high-net-worth individuals on matters including estate planning, will writing, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection applications. * Managing estate administration and providing guidance on complex succession planning. * Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their development. * Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.
