This opportunity would suit an individual who is experienced in HR, Recruitment or Sales. What’s on offer? * 25 Days holiday rising to 30 * Onsite Parking * Hybrid - Weds and Thursday work from home * Working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm * Friday finish at 4pm What will you do as a Recruitment Resourcer? * Match and Interview operations, administration and junior candidates * Arrange interviews and send out confirmations / diary invites * Prepare job adverts and post on job boards * Keep the recruitment database up to date, ensuring all applicant information is accurate and accessible * Provide administration support to the Operations Manager What will you need to be a Recruitment Resourcer? * You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport * Able to organise their own workload to meet targets * Administration background preferred Job Number ESOps
