Graphic Designer

Focus 5 Recruitment are proud to be working with a client who is looking to hire a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join their growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded designer to bring innovative ideas to life across a wide variety of B2B and B2C marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have strong digital design skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of brand identity and consumer behaviour. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact visual content that supports multiple brands within the client’s UK-based, family-owned group of companies. Key responsibilities for the Creative Graphic Designer – * Work alongside the Marketing Manager to understand brand identity and deliver design assets that reflect each company within the group * Design and deliver digital and print marketing materials, including websites, catalogues, emails, exhibitions, adverts, and POS * Develop brand toolkits and sales support materials to maximise commercial performance * Create visually engaging B2B and B2C content across advertising, promotional campaigns, and web platforms * Maintain brand consistency across all materials, aligning with marketing calendars and campaign objectives * Manage multiple design projects using project management tools to ensure deadlines are met * Support web design tasks and content creation for platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce Design and marketing experience we’re looking for – * 3 years’ experience in a creative digital design or marketing role * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio of design work * Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and brand development * Experience with email marketing, digital adverts, and web page design * Commercially aware with a keen eye for market trends and consumer engagement * Experience using WordPress (Elementor and WooCommerce experience is a bonus) * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and adapt creative concepts * Highly organised, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously * Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong time management skills What’s on offer – * Full-time, on-site position based at the Burnley office * 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with length of service * A collaborative working environment with the opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse group of businesses This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and supportive team where your creativity will be valued and your work will directly contribute to the company’s success.
