Building Foreman Wanted Durbanville, Cape Town We are seeking an experienced Building Foreman to oversee residential building projects in the Durbanville area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project execution. Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel. Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets. Ensure quality control and compliance with building regulations. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and suppliers. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Foreman in residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. Valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Relevant qualifications in construction or building management will be an advantage.
