Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including technical, operational, and administrative roles Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and attract top talent in the industry Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job description Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, interviews and background checks Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholders Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes and keep all Trackers up to date Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process Minimum requirements: Minimum 7 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn. Pnet, Executive Placement and search techniques) In-depth understanding of the mining/ manufacturing sector preferred High level of discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
