Senior IT Project / Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior IT Project/Delivery Manager to lead complex projects and drive impactful outcomes. Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Oversee planning, reporting, risk management, resource allocation, and scope control for medium to high-complexity projects. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address deviations or issues. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet service expectations and project goals. Lead regular project meetings, update stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Manage project finances, vendor invoices, and payments. Coordinate with IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network) for project tasks. Plan and execute key phases, including testing, go-live, and post-implementation. Drive innovation, process improvement, and change management initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 12 years of technology experience, including 8 years in project management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in banking projects or Java development is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
