Junior Corporate Secretary

As a junior corporate secretary, you will: Be mentored by a senior corporate secretary Work with a dynamic team of corporate lawyers Handle corporate secretarial matters for private and listed companies Maintain statutory registers and minute books Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents, ACRA and IRAS filings Assist with incorporation of new companies Handle customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring) Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned Requirements: Preferably at least 2 years of secretarial experience in a law firm Strong command of written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Positive working attitude with strong initiatives Able to multitask & prioritise work to meet deadlines High attention to detail Takes initiative A team player Benefits: Market competitive salary Work from home >50% of the week Birthday leave Annual discretionary bonus Training allowance of $1,000/year Medical benefits Access to dedicated office in the CBD Build a meaningful and rewarding career with AEI Legal.
