PBWM Controls Oversight AVP

Join us as a key member of the Chief Control Office team in Singapore, supporting the Private Bank & Wealth Management business by facilitating first line governance and ensuring control effectiveness. You will provide local direction on business control and risk management, and foster collaboration across teams to maintain consistency. Building strong relationships across all lines of defense, you will act as the primary contact for Controls matters. This role requires solid experience in Risk and Control, including: Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Operational Risk Framework (ORF), and Barclays Control Framework (BCF) Experience in or with Control roles/teams Judgment in balancing risk with business interests while ensuring policy compliance Ability to work autonomously and influence in a matrix organization Strong organizational skills to prioritize and work under pressure Collaborative mindset to share best practices Preferred knowledge of Risk and Control in Private Banking, Wealth, or Asset Management You may be assessed on technical and interpersonal skills relevant to the role.
