Java Developer with JSF - Production Support, Remote Mexico

For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Regular or Senior Java developer with JSF. Responsibilities: - Analysis, designing and development - Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation - Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Work hours are 10am - 7pm Mexico time - Should be flexible to provide extended production support / support to the team on need basis (extended support during outages; weekend support a few times a month based on team roster) Mandatory Skills: - Minimum 3-5 years Java experience - Concept of Core Java and Sound knowledge on JSF - Good at analysis, designing and development using Java 8.0 & above - Analytical and technical knowledge on basic SQL and Reporting tools. - Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation - Knowledge and experience in Software development lifecycle. - Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance - Lead and mentor/guide team - Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) project management framework. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Hands on experience in providing production support - Should be flexible to provide extended support to the team on need basis. Nice to have: - Technical certification preferred and/or required, where applicable - Understanding of Life & Annuity Insurance products (strongly preferred) Languages English: C1 Advanced What do we offer our employees?
