Job Description
Integration Delivery Coordinator 3-5 Yrs Computer Migration Summary: Responsible for leading and managing small to medium computer migration projects, typically less than 1500 people Works closely with the Integration Lead, Customer Support (ITSS), ServiceNow (ITSM), Application Readiness, to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project Utilizes Optum’s Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results Ensures all needed legacy applications and peripherals work on the replacement computers Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members Email/M365 Migration Summary: Responsible for leading and managing small to medium email/ M365 migration projects, typically less than 1500 people Works closely with the Integration Lead, email engineers, and Customer Support (ITSS), to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project Utilizes Optum’s Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results Ensures all needed individual mailboxes, group shared mailboxes, distribution lists, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, SMTP, GALSync, FreeBusy, Rebranding has been completed and everything is working as expected Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members Project types: Email closeout Email migrations typically up to ~1500 people GALSync/FreeBusy SMTP Skills Leadership and Influence Sets high standards with achievable, goals Monitors performance to ensure that standards and goals are met Builds commitment and inspires people to do the best job possible both internal and external Communicates, through own behavior, and leads by example Regularly reviews progress toward objectives and goals Analytical and Decision Making Supports and achieves organizational priorities Exercises good judgment, considering all pertinent information Knows when to deter/take action from limited information Ability to take decisive action and make tough decisions in a pressured, demanding, and often ambiguous environment Consults and utilizes input of others as appropriate Maintains objectivity in face of conflicting priorities and demands Recognizes own limitations and when to ask for help Interpersonal Relations Works in a cooperative and supportive manner with all stakeholders and stakeholder teams Supports colleague's activities/pitches in and helps Participates actively in meetings Is willing to influence and to be influenced Works toward achieving results both short/long-term interests Team Culture: Our team is fast paced, fun, highly energetic, motivated and hardworking. Home Office Stipend (as per law) 35,000 Gross Salary Direct Hiring, 100% payroll mode. Life insurance.
