Job Opportunity: Compliance Specialist Location: Bari, Italy We are seeking a Compliance Specialist for a leading Italian company in IT & Infrastructure Services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors. The selected candidate will join the Compliance Department and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions and processes related to Compliance Assurance, Internal Control, and Risk Management. Responsibilities Implement and monitor compliance functions and processes Maintain documentation and produce reports Analyze, monitor, and map organizational models and processes Qualifications Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law Previous experience in Compliance within structured companies Knowledge of organizational models and processes, including MOGC 231 and Regulatory Compliance topics Proficiency in English (written and spoken, at least B2 level) Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Offer Direct employment in one of the company's locations.
