Job Opportunity: Quality Performance Specialist at CPL TAYLOR by Synergos srl Location: Terenzo, Italy Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 for junior profiles and €50,000 - €60,000 for senior profiles About the Company The company is a large, well-established player in the manufacturing sector, operating in Italy for over 60 years. Role Overview Reporting to the Quality Director and collaborating with production colleagues, you will be responsible for product quality performance, operator training on quality standards, monitoring compliance with quality norms/procedures in production, and developing solutions for internal quality issues. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing the audit plan Monitor, close, and report internal and external non-conformities Manage customer complaints and follow-up Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys Implement and oversee staff training related to the quality system Draft and update procedures and operational instructions for the quality system, providing guidance to production operators Contribute to the development and updating of internal quality regulations Ensure full cooperation with certifying bodies and auditors during inspections Candidate Profile Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments Professional knowledge of ISO 9001 standards Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude What the Company Offers Full-time permanent contract, with occasional Saturday mornings Salary based on experience, according to the company's CCNL €6 meal vouchers per working day Access to company gym facilities Partnership with a local nursery All job postings are open to all genders (L.903/77).
