The future colleague will join the Cloud Native Team in the role of DEVOPS ENGINEER , supporting our clients to improve and deploy new solutions on our Kubernetes SIGHUP Distribution - one of the first Kubernetes platforms providing Enterprise-grade support on upstream CNCF technologies. The key responsibilities of the role are: Write automation to provision infrastructures on Cloud, VM, and Mare-metal; Set up, maintain, and automate Kubernetes clusters; Deliver CI/CD pipelines; Participate and contribute to open source projects. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Hard Skills: Previous experience or good knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps projects; Knowledge of *nix systems; Experience with Docker and container technologies; Proficiency in at least one programming language; Prior production experience with "cloud-native" or distributed systems; Experience managing private or public cloud infrastructures. Language Skills: Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus. Soft Skills: Curiosity and proactive attitude towards Kubernetes and CNCF projects; Open-mindedness and team-oriented mindset; Structured and analytical approach; Effective communication skills, both written and spoken; Strong problem-solving abilities; Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving contexts; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
