Senior Account Manager

Join our team and Be You Be Aptar. Aptar is seeking a Senior Account Manager, South East Europe based in Aptar Chieti . The role involves developing the business of assigned accounts and expanding the customer base. You will implement Aptar's strategy within the account by designing and executing account strategies and seeking new customers. As a Senior Account Manager, you will: Develop sales within your accounts Hunt for new customers and business opportunities alongside Marketing Managers Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Identify areas for growth with existing and new clients Assess customer potential and attractiveness Promote Aptar's products and services for long-term relationships Coordinate internal contributions to sales development Apply sales strategies to foster profitable growth Prepare and monitor sales budgets and forecasts Education Master’s degree Required Skills Minimum 5 years managing geographically extended sales organizations At least 2 years working directly with multinational clients Experience collaborating with operations to balance diverse needs Proficiency in Italian and English; French is a plus Preferred Skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in an international environment Strong negotiation skills Travel Requirements Approximately 70% Who We Are At Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
