About the job We are seeking an After Sales ADAS, HMI & Data Management Systems Referent at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the After Sales Director. You will ensure vehicle components are developed and delivered according to milestones and After Sales requirements. Your role involves collaboration with the SET (Simultaneous Engineering Teams) and After Sales teams to prepare for all Lamborghini models. Your main activities include: Reporting and coordinating with the After Sales Project Manager Monitoring and tracking the timing, costs, quality, and purchasing of 'Electrics and Electronics' components discussed in SET meetings Sharing information from SET meetings with After Sales teams and vice versa Tracking decisions made by the SET and ensuring follow-up actions Supporting the After Sales Project Manager in defining technical and product requirements Preparing Business Cases for potential solutions in the technical area of After Sales About you Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent At least 3 years’ experience in automotive or mechanical companies, preferably in After Sales Proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English; Italian and German are a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organizational skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities What we offer Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood program Specific internal job posting Access to qualified learning paths If interested, please submit your application by February 12th.
