Product Designer - Sketch/Figma

Role Overview : We are looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for HeyoPhone and MyOperator. This role requires a strong foundation in UI/UX principles, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design execution. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement design strategies that align with business and user needs. - Create user-centric designs using research, data, and feedback. - Collaborate with product and development teams to deliver high-impact solutions. - Build and maintain scalable design systems for brand consistency. - Improve user experience through continuous iteration and optimization. - Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility 3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design. - Strong expertise in design systems, usability principles, and interaction design. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience mentoring designers. - Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus. - Exposure to branding and marketing design principles.
