Teamcenter Engineer - PLM System

Job Title : Teamcenter PLM Specialist Experience : 5-10 years Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter PLM Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Teamcenter solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Teamcenter PLM administration, customization, and upgrades, along with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze functional requirements and assess client needs to develop suitable PLM solutions. - Design and implement scalable Teamcenter solutions, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. - Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to align with business and technical objectives. - Coordinate application development activities, including requirements gathering, scheduling, and execution. - Lead/support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts. - Develop and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimates. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations. - Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate design and technology choices. - Improve system performance and ensure smooth PLM operations. - Plan and execute Teamcenter maintenance patches and major version upgrades. - Implement and maintain DevOps best practices for Teamcenter. - Manage Multi-CAD administration (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA) and database administration (MS SQL & Oracle). - Validate test cases in Polarion to ensure accuracy and completeness. Required Qualifications : - Experience : 5 years in Teamcenter PLM implementation and administration. - Strong expertise in Teamcenter (RAC AW), administration, and support. - Proficiency in Windows scripting and shell scripting (Batch, PowerShell). - Hands-on experience with Multi-CAD administration (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA). - Database administration skills for MS SQL & Oracle. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
