Key Responsibilities : - User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. - Analyze research data to identify key insights and inform design decisions. Information Architecture & Wireframing : - Develop clear and effective information architecture, user flows, and wireframes to define the structure and navigation of our products. UI Design & Prototyping : - Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Visual Design & Branding : - Contribute to the visual design language and ensure consistency with our brand guidelines across all product touchpoints. Collaboration & Communication : - Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Design Systems : - Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design process. Usability Testing & Iteration : - Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and iterate based on user insights. Accessibility : - Design with accessibility in mind (WCAG guidelines) to ensure our products are usable by everyone. Metrics & Analytics : - Understand and utilize product metrics and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes. Staying Current : - Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Product Design, UX Design, Graphic Design), or a related field. - 1 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. - A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impactful design solutions for digital products (web and/or mobile). - Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing. - Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. - Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly and persuasively. - Understanding of web and mobile development processes and technologies. - Experience working in an Agile development environment (ref:hirist.tech)
