Key Responsibilities : Software Responsibilities : - Install, configure, and update software applications (e.g., antivirus, Microsoft Office, development tools, etc.) - Manage user accounts, email configurations (Gmail/Outlook), and access permissions - Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and application performance issues - Maintain data backup systems and ensure data security protocols - Provide L1/L2 support for software-related user issues - Coordinate with vendors for license renewals and software procurement. Hardware Responsibilities : - Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other IT peripherals - Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform timely repairs or replacements - Conduct regular maintenance of computer systems and equipment - Inventory tracking of all IT assets and procurement planning - Ensure proper cabling, server room upkeep, and network hardware functioning.
