Role : Kinaxis - Solution : - Solution Design - System Implementation - Technical Expertise - Client Engagement - Training and Support - Project Management Job Description : - Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges, gather requirements and provide Kinaxis rapid response design solutions to their specific needs. - Analyze Business Process, data flows, systems Integrators to provide a comprehensive design. - Configuring the solution - Setting up Data Integrations - Customizing functionalities to align with client requirements. - Collaborate with Project teams and stake holders to ensure smooth deployment. - Serves as SME on Kinaxis Rapid response , stays up to date with functionalities and best practices. - Provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams on technical aspects of configuration, data modelling and system integration options. - Build Strong relationship with the Clients. - understanding their Business Objectives and Challenges. - Collaborate closely with client to provide consulting services, address the concerns, and provide recommendation to continuous improvement and optimization. - Conduct trainings sessions and workshops for clients, equipping them with knowledge and skills to effectively use Kinaxis Rapid Response.
