Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant

Role : Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant Experience : 8 Years (Minimum 3 years in Oracle HCM Cloud conversions). Location : Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Delhi. Notice Period : Can join in 4 Days. Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Lead to design and execute end-to-end data migration strategies. The role involves working with legacy systems, data mapping, using tools like HDL and PBL, leading testing efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and secure migration to Oracle HCM Cloud. Skills : - Strong experience with HDL, PBL, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL. - Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.). - Hands-on expertise in ETL, data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. - Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. - Leadership experience in Oracle HCM Cloud migration projects. Preferred Experience : - Hands-on experience in large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud migrations. - Strong understanding of cloud-based HR systems and best practices in data security. - Ability to lead and mentor junior team members in data conversion : - Design and develop comprehensive data migration strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. - Analyze legacy systems and data to determine migration requirements. - Create detailed data mapping documents and conversion plans. - Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. - Utilize tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader) for data migration. - Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation and validation. - Apply deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) to ensure accurate data migration. - Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud to support data conversion requirements. - Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process. - Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors. - Lead testing efforts for data migration, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Develop and execute test plans and test cases. - Ensure data quality and compliance with business requirements. - Lead and manage data conversion workstreams within Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data conversion processes and configurations. - Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders. - Implement and enforce best practices for data migration and security. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
