Software Engineer - Java Technologies

Title : Senior Software Engineer - Java. Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India. Type : Full-Time | Onsite. About the Role : As a Senior Java Engineer, you'll contribute to building a custom workflow engine integrated with the core platform. You'll be expected to write clean, efficient code, collaborate across teams, and influence architectural decisions-all while being hands-on and proactive in your development approach. What We're Looking For : - 4 years of hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA. - Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and REST API design. - Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL DB like MongoDB or Neo4j. - Familiarity with Spring Security, OAuth2, and build tools like Maven/Gradle. Nice to Have : - Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS). - Exposure to frontend technologies like React.js or Angular. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Linux scripting. - Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or ActiveMQ. - Experience with SSO and enterprise authentication (e., Okta). What You'll Do : - Design and develop high-performance web applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Build scalable RESTful microservices with secure integrations (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect). - Collaborate with product and frontend teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and write unit tests. - Solve complex problems and contribute to system architecture and performance improvements.
