Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Title : Product Manager B2B SaaS (Enterprise Software). Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India. Type : Full-Time | Onsite. About the Role : As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping features and solutions for a sophisticated marketing automation platform. You'll work across teams-engineering, design, and customer success-to define, deliver, and continuously improve product features used by global enterprise clients. You'll drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring user needs and business outcomes stay front and center. What We're Looking For : - 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B enterprise software setting. - Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, product lifecycle, and agile delivery. - Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. - Clear communicator with solid documentation, presentation, and collaboration skills. - Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. - Exposure to cloud services and enterprise software deployments. Nice to Have : - Experience in marketing automation, customer experience, or BFSI domains. - Hands-on involvement in UX design or workflow simulation. - Background in computer science or technical education. - Experience with customer support or marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities : - Own the full product lifecycle from market research to rollout. - Collaborate with engineering and design teams on feature design and delivery. - Gather and validate requirements across internal teams and client feedback. - Analyze workflows, simulate feature use-cases, and identify design gaps. - Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specs. - Create adoption plans, deployment documentation, and support go-to-market. - Drive product OKRs, backlog prioritization, and cross-team alignment.
