Java Full Stack Developer - React.js/Spring Boot

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. This role involves working on scalable web applications and managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and modern development tools. Key Responsibilities : Full-Stack Development : - Design and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS. - Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Back-End Development : - Build and enhance server-side applications with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure the reliability of back-end services. Database Management : - Design and manage database schemas using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. - Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Code Quality & Best Practices : - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in version control, testing, and CI/CD. Collaboration & Leadership : - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other teams to deliver seamless applications. - Mentor junior developers and guide them in best development practices. Deployment & Maintenance : - Participate in the deployment of applications across different environments. - Ensure application reliability through monitoring and maintenance. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience : 4 to 10 years of professional experience in Java full stack development. Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Front-end expertise using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins. Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!) : - Microservices architecture experience. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
