AEM Architect

Job Description : AEM Architect/ Adobe Multi-Solution Architect. Location : Gurgaon. Experience : 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions Certification : Active AEM Certification is mandatory (Professional/Expert/Master). Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Architect/ Adobe Multi-Solution Architect to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The candidate should possess deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Architecture : - Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products, with a primary focus on AEM (Sites, Assets, and Forms). - Develop scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions that align with business requirements. - Provide technical leadership in defining best practices, standards, and guidelines for AEM implementations. Implementation & Integration : - Lead the implementation of AEM-based solutions, including integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, etc.) - Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and APIs. - Optimize AEM components, templates, and workflows for enhanced performance and usability. Team Leadership & Mentorship : - Mentor and guide development teams on AEM best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Certification & Continuous Learning : - Maintain active AEM certification (Professional/Expert/Master) and stay updated with the latest Adobe Experience Cloud features and trends. - Drive innovation by exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies within the Adobe ecosystem. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. - Proven experience in designing and implementing AEM-based solutions (AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms). - Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, etc.) - Experience with cloud platforms (e.
